Forget about that London Whale!
JPMorgan Chase is still the best bank to work for on Wall Street.
That's according a survey by Vault.com, which asked financial service employees to rate their firms based on different measures of employee satisfaction including things like prestige, culture, work/life balance, compensation, etc.
This year, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse all slipped in the rankings, while JPMorgan held on to the No. 1 spot out of a field of 50 Wall Street firms.
What's more is Vault's survey also provides details for what it's like to work at each of the banks.
We've included the top ten Wall Street firms in the slides that follow as well as some perks and drawbacks expressed by insiders.
No. 10: Credit Suisse

Swiss banking giant Credit Suisse slipped from No. 4 to No. 10 in the Vault rankings this year, the survey shows.
Here's what employees have to say:
Pro: "We are lean and thus there’s a lot of opportunity to stand out."
Con: "Compensation structure continues to be an issue."
No. 9: Centerview Partners

Investment bank and private equity firm Centerview Partners held on to the No. 9 spot for a second consecutive year, according to the Vault rankings.
Employees characterize some of the perks and drawbacks below:
Pros: "Unbelievable experience on huge, interesting deals: lots of client exposure and interaction with senior bankers from day one" and "high compensation," according to employees.
Cons: "Due to small analyst classes, less opportunity to build large network among juniors" and "Office space continues to be a challenge given the growth of the firm"
No. 8: Perella Weinberg Partners

Boutique investment bank Perella Weinberg also held on to the No. 8 spot again this year, the survey shows.
